How much do I earn, and when am I paid?

Between €400 and €3,000 per patient, depending on the treatment. Your commission is transferred within 15 days of the treatment being completed. There is no cap on how much you can earn.

Is there a minimum volume requirement?

No. There is no minimum number of patients, no monthly quota and no contractual sales target. One referral a year is as welcome as fifty.

Does the patient stay mine, or will you take them over?

The patient belongs to whoever referred them first — that is recorded in the system and does not change. You also keep earning on every further patient who comes to us through that client's recommendation, at a rate set for onward referrals rather than the direct-referral rate.

What happens if there is a surgical complication?

We carry complication insurance. If something goes wrong, the follow-up care is covered and handled by us — the financial and operational responsibility does not fall on you or on your client.

What insurance covers the patient?

Every patient is covered by comprehensive medical tourism insurance that meets the legal requirements of Turkish health tourism regulation. Cover is arranged by us before the patient travels, at no cost to you.

What if my client cancels before treatment?

If the patient cancels before treatment begins, no commission is paid — to anyone. Commission is earned strictly on completed treatments, which is what keeps the model risk-free on both sides.
